Organoleptic characteristics: deep straw-yellow color with golden highlights, complex, intense bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit (peach, apricot), yellow flowers (broom), spices (vanilla, white pepper), almonds and gunflint, full-bodied, structured flavor, with pleasant acidity and a lingering finish.
Food pairing :Perfect with fish and meat starters, fish and white meat main courses, mature cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.
