Aging:Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for a period that varies according to the type of aging (generally from 12 to 24 months).
Organoleptic characteristics: Intenseruby-red colorwith garnet highlights, complex, intense bouquet with notes of ripe berries (blueberries, currants), sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon), dark chocolate, tobacco and licorice, full-bodied, structured flavor with elegant tannins and a lingering finish.
Food pairing:A powerful, complex wine that goes perfectly with red meats, game, mature cheeses and Spanish dishes such as paella or cocido.
