Aging:The wine is aged in French oak barrels for a variable period depending on the type of aging (generally from 6 months to 2 years).
Organoleptic characteristics: Intense ruby-red color with garnet highlights, complex, fruity bouquet, with notes of ripe berries (cherries, blackberries), sweet spices (vanilla, black pepper), licorice, and often mineral and balsamic notes due to the Priorat terroir, full-bodied, structured flavor, with well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish.
