Vinification: at least 5 years, of which at least 3 years in 40 hl oak barrels and 3.50 hl in French oak barrels.
Organoleptic characteristics: It is a clear and brilliant wine, long-lasting and with an intense ruby red colour. It develops its best qualities no earlier than 4 or 5 years from the year of production. On the nose it offers intense and broad with hints of red berries, undergrowth and spices. In the mouth it is harmonious and elegant with balanced and enveloping tannins and a dry and persistent finish.
Food pairings: red meats, game, dishes with mushrooms and truffles, mature cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino Toscano
