Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand, delicately pressed and macerated on the skins for 48 hours.
Cold maceration on the skins, static decantation of the must. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Organoleptic characteristics: White wine with an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it has a typical aroma of freshly baked bread crust, enveloping and full with nuances of rennet apple. In the mouth the acidity is well integrated.
Food pairings: creamy risottos and medium-aged cheeses.
