Vinification: Manual harvesting in crates, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature for about 25 days. Maturation on the lees for 2 months and 1 month in the bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics: Still white wine with a straw-yellow color tending to golden. Intense and fruity on the nose. Soft, persistent, aromatic and fresh in the mouth.
Food pairing: Appetizers with fish and shellfish.
