The preserved octopus in olive oil from Luis Escuris Batalla lo bueno is made in the traditional way, like all the products from this cannery.

It is the Octopus vulgaris variety, which is only cut with scissors to remove the head and use the tentacles. This selection of tentacles guarantees a homogeneous appearance of the packaging, as only the tentacles of a certain size are selected.

It is a low-fat, low-calorie food, high in protein (19.5 g protein/100 g of product), bathed in high-quality virgin olive oil, without preservatives or allergens.
